Check-In is very easy. You will receive the address and door code via text/email prior to your arrival! All you need to do is arrive to the property you rented at check-in time and make yourselves at home!

We provide all bedroom, bathroom & kitchen linens and towels!
Our beds are cleanly made with a sheet set, quilt, waffle weave blanket and pillows.
Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths
Kitchen drying towels and cleaning rags are provided

We have 3 properties that are Pet Friendly with a pet fee :
- Appartamento Ciclamino
- Appartamento Genziana
- Bilocale ai piedi delle Dolomiti

The other apartments are not for pets.

✩ Do You Decorate For Christmas?
Yes of course! We love the Christmas time… better with some white and fresh snow!

✩ How Is The Drive Up To The House?
Because you are renting a property in the mountains with great views, the drive up to the cabin may be snowy during wintertime, but the roads are all well maintained by the city/county and have guardrails where appropriate.
We do recommend the use of winter tires in the colder months in case of ice/snow.

✩ How far is my apartment from the center of Andalo?

The apartments in the "Mas al Doss" house are located in Via Doss 2 in Andalo (TN), about 10 minutes walk from the main church.

While from the "Bilocale ai piedi delle Dolomiti" you can reach the downtown in 4/5 minutes walking.

✩ Is the garden for exclusive private use?

No, the large garden, where there is also the car park, is accessible to everyone.

The Ciclamino apartment has an external passage with a table and chairs for exclusive use, while the Genziana apartment has a large, completely fenced terrace at its disposal.

✩ Where can I leave my sports equipment?

We have a garage dedicated to store bikes and skis for all guests.

However, we recommend to bring a private lock to secure the bikes inside.

✩ Do you give the Trentino Guest Card?

Of course! It will be sent to you by email as soon as you let us know your email address.

✩ Is there any Bus station?

Yes of course, in 3 minute walking we have the public bus stop (the transport is free with the "Trentino Guest Card").
